To secure your booking at this event, we ask you to make payment of camping fees directly to the hipcamp property owners as follows:

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note the property’s booking policy:
All campsite payments are non-refundable.
If your plans change, your booking may be rescheduled to another available date, provided you notify the property owners at least 7 days before your original arrival date.
Unfortunately, rescheduling requests made within 7 days of your arrival date cannot be accommodated.
